NEW YORK, NY Inc. magazine revealed that INFINITI HR is No. 239 on its inaugural Inc. 5000 Series: D.C. Metro list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware. Born of the annual Inc. 5000 franchise, this regional list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the D.C. Metro economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses.

“For decades, Inc. has welcomed the fastest-growing private businesses in America to the Inc. 5000, but in 2020 INFINITI HR and the other winners have truly been set apart as the first regional honorees,” INFINITI HR CEO Scott Smrkovski said. “We’re honored to have made the inaugural list and would like to applaud the other winners for their efforts in creating jobs, putting more people to work, and growing the economy.”

QUAD M Solutions Inc. (MMMM, OTC Markets) Detailed the Macro-Economics of its Recent Joint Venture with INFINITI HR at the Wall Street Conference in Palm Beach, Florida on February 19, 2020

BURTONSVILLE, MD – At the Wall Street Conference held on February 19, 2020 in Palm Beach Florida, Pat Dileo, CEO of Quad M Solutions Inc., presented on its development of a proprietary, fully integrated ecosystem of benefit products and services that achieve better health outcomes by using value-based, self-insured health plans designed for the Independent Consultant (IC) and GIG economy worker.  The company brings affordable and sustainable, innovative, consumer-driven healthcare benefits including major medical insurance coverage to the estimated 60 million USA based IC and GIG Economy workers.

The company operates through its staffing companies, whereby, the owner of the IC business entity is an employee of the staffing company and staffed back to the IC business entity. The staffing of employees allows the company’s staffing companies to provide all its employees with affordable and sustainable health benefits and major medical insurance like many of the larger USA employers. The company’s staffed employee continues working as a legal IC through their own business entity and receives health insurance on a pretax basis on par with the employees of the larger corporations. The company’s technology works with various third party administrators and major reinsurance companies such as Sun Life, Inc. and this results in the staffing company being partially self-insured and providing its benefits compliant with ERISA, the Affordable Care Act and State Insurance and Labor laws just as large employer  companies.

The company detailed the macro-economics of its recent joint venture with INFINITI HR, a nationally recognized Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that provides payroll, benefits, and tax deductions as a co-employer of the employees of some of the US’s largest franchisors and others. INFINITI HR has an estimated 68,000 employees being serviced in the past five years. INFINITI HR and the company have commenced migrating many of these employees to utilize the company’s health benefits through their joint venture company PRIMEAXESS. The company is building a digital platform and believes the joint venture entity PrimeAxess will migrate these existing employee lives over the next 12-18 months.

The company believes that other PEO’s will soon need to compete with the new and improved benefits platform created to remain competitive. In addition, the company is developing several new marketing campaigns and expects to conclude the sale to other verticals to aid the IC and GIG workers. Health insurance for this market sector is a highly sought commodity and new solutions to replace the existing unsustainable status quo products are needed.

INFINITI HR with JV PrimeAxess Reap Significant Benefits as Quad M Solutions Updates 2020 Business Developments at OpenAxess Staffing Subsidiary

BURTONSVILLE, MD – Quad M Solutions, Inc. purchased majority control of Valleybrook Consulting LLC, a staffing company, in early November of 2019. This acquisition provided the requisite relationship with Quad’s TPA (third party administrator) and Sun Life, one of the largest medical stop-loss reinsurers. Doing business as OpenAxess, the staffing company commenced onboarding several hundred new employee lives with the assistance of its new JV partner INFINITI HR, a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO). INFINITI HR has continued to add new employee lives into February, and we expect significant developments as the year progresses and as the JV relationship becomes more digitally connected.

OpenAxess provides an employer of record (EOR-staffing company) solution to providing independent contractors, ‘gig economy’ workers, entrepreneurs, and small group employers quality comprehensive major medical health insurance and employee benefit options. OpenAxess will provide these customers a one-stop shop for managing employment filings, but especially providing affordable major medical comprehensive health insurance (at rates 15-50% less expensive including tax savings) benefits. Quad M Solutions, Inc. believes their health insurance solution will enable OpenAxess to be vastly unique in its ability to service a market, some say is nearly 60 million US individuals, who are working for themselves as independent contractors.

This new staffing company solution enables the individual to be an employee of the staffing company and staffed back to their company. This allows the staffing company to provide all its employees with affordable health insurance benefits as a larger company, while providing the staffed client to continue having its workers acting as independent contractors through their ownership entities. Their entities continue to act, operate, and receive all the benefits as they are the owners of these entities.

Pat Dileo, chief executive officer of Quad M Solutions said, “We developed OpenAxess staffing company to include the Quad M Solutions, Inc.’s proprietary products to benefit from and complement our recent JV with INFINITI HR, called PrimeAxess, in marketing to the franchisees of INFINITI’s PEO franchisor customers. These are businesses with many having less than four or five employees who cannot receive adequate corporate group employer health insurance benefits. We will coordinate with INFINITI HR to actively market to this new market sector never before coordinated by INFINITI HR’s traditional PEO business enterprise.”

Independent contractors and ‘gig economy’ workers have been growing 500% faster than regular W-2 employees over the last decade. According to a recent index provided by Google informatics, some of the industries with the highest self-employment businesses are: Dentists: 132,120; Ground Maintenance Workers (i.e. landscapers): 1,165,745; Farmers: 679,338; Writers, Authors, Editors, and Photographers: 242,969; Real Estate Brokers and Agents: 219,440; Lawyers: 295,458. These are just some of the sectors Quad M Solutions, Inc. and INFINITI HR feels gives rise to the growth ahead for its staffing companies OpenAxess and PrimeAxess. There are many other industries where a large component of their workers are independent contractors and self-employed. Traditionally, many of these workers have been buying their health insurance with after tax dollars. Quad M and INFINITI HR’s solutions allows these workers to use pre-tax dollars to pay health insurance and benefit premiums with savings of 10% to as much as 50%. Quad M and INFINITI HR believe it offers the first real solution today without any need for change in law to lead the ‘gig economy’ worker in a national movement providing them affordable and sustainable health insurance benefits.
