BURTONSVILLE, MD – INFINITI HR, a leading provider of human resource (HR) and business process solutions that enable small and medium-sized businesses to better focus on core operations, launches the Dream Manager Program. This concept, based off the book The Dream Manager by bestselling author Matthew Kelly, aims to allow employees of the company to achieve their personal dreams.

INFINITI HR created the Summer Dream Series as part of the overall initiative. The inaugural event, being held at the INFINITI HR headquarters in Burtonsville, kicked off August 28, 2018 from 9 am to 3 pm. The Life Mastery Day, featuring Brian Wentz, was viewed by the children of INFINITI HR employees ages 10 and above.

Much of the conversations INFINITI HR employees have been having around the Dream Manager Program revolve around our children and the challenges that come with the direction our kids are going in life. Schools don’t always teach financial education and life preparedness, and so the company held a day summit to remedy this for our kids.

In addition, the program grants access for employees to meet with company leadership on a quarterly basis to structure goals, both personal and professional, as well as dreams. Follow up meetings are scheduled to track progress. A full-day executive summit has also been scheduled in 2018 with all of INFINITI HR managers to further expand the program.

“We find that most people don’t put their goals in writing. We have a mural of a big oak tree in our conference room. Each employee writes a single personal goal on a leaf. When an employee achieves a goal, we turn the leaf over and change the color,” INFINITI HR Managing Partner Mark Schwaiger said. “It has prompted people to a) really think about what they want to do in their life b) take the initiative and c) do what it takes to succeed at a higher level.”
