BURTONSVILLE, MD – Leading professional employer organization, INFINITI HR, concludes its second annual School Supply Drive, supporting children grades K to 12 in need of free backpacks and school supplies from Burtonsville Elementary School as well as the nonprofit Neighbor Network based in Dayton, Maryland.

The INFINITI HR hosted School Supply Drive ran from August 2 to August 13, 2021. Customers, business partners, employees, and neighbors of INFINITI HR in the corporate office were encouraged to donate a range of supplies including but not limited to pens, pencils, erasers, crayons, highlighters, notebooks, backpacks, and rulers. In addition, many community members sent money, which members of INFINITI HR then used to shop for supplies. 

During the drive, INFINITI HR raised more than $2,000 in cash and filled nearly 50 backpacks with school supplies. On Tuesday August 17th, INFINITI HR employees assembled the backpacks and arranged for distribution to the schools.

“Since so many families have been affected by COVID so harshly, this year is going to be exceptionally difficult on many of the underserved Baltimore-Washington metro communities,” Wellness Benefit Specialist Bradley Welsh of INFINITI HR said. “Help is needed to provide assistance for many children, and we are especially proud to help those in our community who may not have the resources to get everything they need to have a successful and fulfilling learning experience. Our hope is that our School Supply Drive may provide a foundation for children to begin the school year with a fresh start.”

INFINITI HR was happy to partner with businesses who promoted and contributed to the School Supply Drive such as Safeware Inc. in Lanham and Columbia, Maryland, Victoria Gastro Pub in Columbia, Maryland, and The Green Turtle in Burtonsville, Maryland. In addition, INFINITI HR would like to thank all the valuable Burtonsville community members who made monetary, time, and service contributions.

BURTONSVILLE, MD – Leading human resources outsourcing firm, INFINITI HR, announces that industry veteran Dawn Cloin will take over as vice president of benefits for the company, effectively immediately.  

As the vice president of benefits, Cloin will report to Rob Blunt, INFINITI HR’s vice president of operations. Cloin brings more than 20 years of demonstrated orderly benefit program implementation experience and has held a diverse mix of strategic, leadership, and client-facing roles. She is an accomplished entrepreneurial director who excels in leading teams in comprehensive benefit administration, onboarding, legal compliance, operations planning, billing, enrollment, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementation and application. 

In this role at INFINITI HR, Cloin will oversee the company’s employee benefit programs and management of all employees in the benefits department. As the vice president of benefits, she will be leading a team of six and will collaborate in conjunction with the implementation team and various other internal teams to follow compliance guidelines, ensure standard operating procedures are in place and being met, and manage client expectations. 

No stranger to the PEO space, Cloin has held key benefit and healthcare roles for professional service organizations across the nation including Trion Solutions, Inc., Assured Source, and Administrative Employer Services. Most recently, Cloin left the PEO space and was the benefits manager for International Automotive Components Group based in Southfield, Michigan.

“I can’t share the tremendous amount of excitement I have to be back into the PEO realm and working for a company that is so highly regarded,” Cloin said. “My conversations with leadership have been sincere, enticing, and honest. I could just tell after speaking with the CEO, Scott; the vice president of operations, Rob; and Mark, the managing partner, that I am going to be working for a company that has integrity and respect and the utmost commitment to deliver to its customers.”

Cloin attended Baker College in Michigan. She has a son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter, and another grandchild on the way. She currently resides in Tampa, Florida.

Companies on the 2021 Inc. 5000 Regionals: D.C. Metro list employed more than 120,000 people.

WASHINGTON, D.C.. – Inc. magazine revealed that rapidly growing and customer-focused PEO, INFINITI HR ranked 164 on its second annual Inc. 5000 Regionals: D.C. Metro list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing Washington, D.C., area-based private companies. Born of the annual Inc. 5000 franchise, this regional list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the D.C. area economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses.

The 2021 Inc. 5000 Regionals are ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2017 and 2019. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2017. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2017 is $100,000; the minimum for 2019 is $1 million.
