A Professional Employer Organization is an aggregator.

The PEO for Franchises® is scaled-down holistic service created by a Certified Franchise Executive to help franchisors and franchisees gain the strategic competitive advantage of a traditional PEO, without the prohibitive costs of a traditional PEO. The PEO for Franchises ® provides small businesses the employer liability mitigation of a traditional PEO at a similar cost to common payroll companies who do not assume any employer liability. This unique model is reserved exclusively for prequalified franchises with a pre-negotiated uniformed brand-wide Grandfathered Discount under our preferred supplier agreement managed by our independent Franchise Division. The PEO for Franchises® is the first Professional Employer Organization in the world to be powered by FranForce™ multimodal AI, empowering franchisors and franchisees to reduce total labor cost, mitigate employer liability and leverage the economies of scale of a large enterprise for competitive advantage – making it possible for franchises to grow faster in changing times.

The professional employer organization (PEO) establishes a co-employment relationship with franchisors and franchisees to prevent joint-employer liability and ensure compliance with your franchise agreement. The duties of the employer are divided between the employer of the worksite (ZOR or ZEE) and the employer of record (PEO).

  • The employer of the worksite is what you usually attribute an “employer” to be; she or he is the authority over culture, brand, quality, responsibility for hiring, firing, onsite supervision and all strategic aspects ofthe business while INFINITI HR assumes the responsibility for the record as the administrative employer – the source of the wage.

When INFINITI HR assumes responsibility as employer of record for each independent legal entity, INFINITI HR may then provide Joint-Employer Liability Insurance (JELI), to the franchisor and all franchisees serviced by The PEO for Franchises®.

  1. You are the employer of the worksite.
  2. The employer of the record is not the employer of the worksite.
  3. The employer of the record is exactly that – the “record.” The PEO has no authority whatsoever over your culture, your brand, your company, nor should any of your valued employees care which routing & account # (record) their direct deposit came from, as long as such wages are accurate and approved with the expressed consent of the employer of the worksite.
  1. INFINITI HR is the first and only PEO scaled down specifically for franchises.
  2. INFINITI HR is the first and only PEO to provide Joint-Employer Liability Insurance (JELI) to all clients, regardless of size, location or company history.
  3. INFINITI HR can accommodate franchisors and franchisees of any size, located in any of the 50 states. No franchisee is too small; no franchisor is too big.
  4. Startup and emerging franchise brands may prevent the pitfalls of employer liability and the obstacles to organic growth by leveraging the economies of scale of our larger enterprise into a competitive advantage for their franchisees.
  5. Our PEO stabilizes the annual aggregate cost of labor and insulates the asset of the ZOR and ZEE from source of the wage. Superior performance depends on your ability to maximize value creation and value capture. The following additional thought-provoking questions may be invaluable:
  • Do you create and capture maximum value by investing resources in non-revenue generating work?
  • Do you create and capture maximum value by employing additional team members to manage non-revenue generating work in-house?
  • What does your company gain today by serving as the solely liable source of the wage?
  • Is this the optimal structure to ensure control, empower culture, enforce brand quality?
  • Is this the optimal structure to best grow your enterprise?
  • Is your quality linked to being solely liable as “source of the wage”?
  • Owners have a fiduciary responsibility to keep labor cost as low as possible.
  • What does it cost ownership today to pay for non-revenue generating W2 employees?
  • What is your current aggregate cost of labor?

PEOs have empowered employers of choice for decades. Total employment represented by the PEO industry exceeds the total number of employees in the U.S. for Walmart, Amazon, FedEx, Starbucks, AT&T, Wells Fargo, Apple, and Google combined. Research suggests businesses with PEOs grow approximately 7-9% faster, have employee turnover that is approximately 10-14% lower and are approximately 50% less likely to go out of business when compared to businesses without PEOs. Some franchises may recently view it as a new solution simply because many franchises have seen obstacles to organic growth; they could not afford PEOs before INFINITI HR and/or were rejected by PEOs before INFINITI HR.

  1. Value = quality x service / price. INFINITI HR is a PEO designed by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. We are a “Certified Professional Employer Organization” by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Approximately < 9% of all PEOs in the United States receive such certification.
  2. INFINITI HR is recognized as “The Professional Employer Organization for Franchises®” – the first of its kind. Some of the most iconic and innovative brands throughout the world choose INFINITI HR. We are a proud member of the Supplier Forum of the International Franchise Association (IFA), an Endorsed Supplier to Best Western Hotels & Resorts®, and a Qualified Vendor for Choice Hotels International®. INFINITI HR is also recognized as one of the “fastest growing & most admired private companies in America;” we are in the Inc. 5000 10-time honoree. Less than 2% of all the companies in the United States that apply achieve such consistent organic growth.
  1. INFINITI HR provides superior quality in technology coupled with a world-class personalized service standard – an on-demand one-point-of-contact for a lower bundled cost compared to an arguable “more established” brand. With respect to utilizing a payroll processor, as it relates to value, payroll processors may not apply unit-based economics to mitigate employer liability and minimize the total cost of labor. Many growing businesses who wish to grow with a payroll processor may not proactively manage the aggregate cost of labor most efficiently and may not have purchasing power of a large enterprise. Payroll companies charge fees for HR administration, (HR that is not state-specific,) insurance brokerage, (subject to individual underwriting,) POS / Time Clock Integration fees, Recruitment fees, and many others. Couple such fact with the goal to offer affordable and customizable benefits to attract and retain top talent. Does your smaller employee census have greater leverage than the larger enterprise? Any payroll processor with sufficient quality in technology coupled with a world-class personalized service standard for a competitive price can provide you a payroll service. Growing businesses must focus on total labor cost – not the price of a commoditized payroll processor or valued HR software solution. Such answers are based on objective facts and is a mission-critical message to businesses of any size; don’t run over dollar bills to pick up dimes.

What does it currently cost you to pay for a non-revenue generating W2 employee on pay day?

No. Payroll processing is a commoditized service. Some of the data processors you know of today are payroll companies, formed at a time before the advent of the personal computer. They are expensive legacy systems, great incumbents who attempt to be everything to everyone, and usually wind-up having such commoditized service be mediocre at best. Their sales strategy consists of upselling the client for additional services once they are implemented as your payroll processor, (because payroll processing is a commoditized service). The upselling of additional services (such as HR, recruiting, insurance brokerage), are all a la carte additional fees, not a holistic bundle designed to cut any cost, and it comes with no employer liability protection. Such approach without the competitive advantage of an aggregator may be as useful to increasing profitability for any small business as hiring additional employees to administer the paperwork needed to sell typewriters.

  1. INFINITI HR technology is tasked with not just mitigating your administrative burden; it’s tasked with mitigating your employer liability, your aggregate cost of labor. We are an aggregator; throughout a diverse cohort of businesses located throughout all 50 states, the system learns to mitigate your employer liability and your aggregate cost of labor. As your Professional Employer Organization, we don’t want to incur one penny more in aggregate labor cost than you do. Our technology looks out for you just as much as it looks out for us.
  2. Our Professional Employer Organization does not utilize a 20th century analog system in a 21st century digital world: Technology leveraged by INFINITI HR (enterprise HRIS, InsurTech and AI), will continue to disrupt SMB’s, franchises, hospitality management, large enterprise corporations, and the commercial insurance world.
  3. INFINITI HR is powered by Prism HRIS and our PEO for Franchises business model is powered by a proprietary Platform-as-a-Service, multimodal AI known as FranForce. The aggregate platform processes > $60 billion in annual payroll.
    • The aggregate platform doesn’t just ensure payroll is accurate or just streamline your workflow in one platform.
    • The aggregate platform isn’t just for employees to be able to login 24/7 to an easy-to-navigate portal or just to help you manage your people with ease.
    • The aggregate platform is not just for greater efficiency with employee onboarding or to save you valuable time so you can focus on your passion.
    • The aggregate platform mitigates employer liability and increases profitability for franchisors and franchisees with an employee count ranging from 1 – ∞.

The Professional Employer Organization for Franchises® is powered by FranForce. The Founder of FranForce, Daniel Mormino is The President of Sales and Chief Business Officer of INFINITI HR. Quantifiably speaking, nothing. Franchises of any size do not gain any strategic advantage by serving as the sole employer of record, nor do we argue it is cost effective to absorb such cost (and risk) in-house.

  • Pay wages + employer taxes + employer insurance + payroll processor + HR Software… for non-revenue generating work in-house? What does that cost your business each fiscal year compared to outsourcing it to our PEO?

It is fascinating how many franchises with the best of intentions still absorb such costs in-house and then come to The PEO for Franchises® with the need to cut labor cost afterwards. We recommend a conservative labor management approach through our PEO to avoid such excess.

With respect to revenue-generating work, we appreciate the argument of viewing employees as your greatest assets. Notwithstanding, with respect to non-revenue generating work, we also appreciate the argument of viewing employees as your greatest liabilities.

  • Tell us the strategic advantage of serving as the sole employer of record, without the economies of scale of an aggregator. What do you accomplish?
  • Growing franchises should outsource such non-revenue generating work to INFINITI HR.
  • Growing franchises should allocate the annual aggregate cost of labor to our PEO for a service.
  • Growing franchises should write-off such expense as one line-item in a general ledger – not employer taxes, not employer insurance, not even a wage – a “professional service.”
  1. The client is allocating Total Labor Cost to the PEO for one ‘Service.’
  2. The client is not source of the wage, (on purpose).
  3. The client is not the sole liable employer of the record, (on purpose).
  4. The client is not writing off distinct employer taxes and/or employer insurance.
  5. The client is writing off one ‘Service.’

Labor costs are variable costs, for any business of any size, in any industry, located anywhere in the U.S., during any fiscal period, with or without INFINITI HR, with or without a PEO.

Are all employer taxes and employer insurance incurred on the client’s behalf included in the PEO Service Fee?

No.

No.

  1. No.
  2. Labor costs are variable costs, not fixed costs.
  3. It means the employer obligations incurred by the PEO in an aggregated platform during your most recent pay period were less than your previous pay period, resulting in INFINITI HR rightfully honoring tax caps as part of one aggregated Service, as referenced in the franchisee’s Service Grid (entitled Addendum A of the CSA).
