Jeremy McNamara brings more than 29 years of experience in the PEO industry to INFINITI HR as Senior Vice President of Sales. With a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR solutions for clients, McNamara is spearheading national expansion initiatives for INFINITI HR from the company’s Denver office, reporting directly to CEO Scott Smrkovski. In this role, he is responsible for growing the company’s client base across the nation through both channel development and direct sales efforts. His Division focuses on all traditional PEO sales for the company.

Leveraging his extensive relationships within the PEO industry, Jeremy uses his expertise in recruiting, hiring, training, and leading sales teams to identify new business opportunities, craft strategic sales plans, and build robust third-party referral channels. His ability to develop strong sales producers has been instrumental in driving the company’s expansion and delivering top-tier support to new clients.

Jeremy’s previous leadership experience includes co-founding Dallas-based True HR, serving as Regional Vice President of Sales at SOI (Strategic Outsourcing Inc.), and holding the same role at Payroll Solutions. Additionally, as a small business entrepreneur, Jeremy founded and managed several other entities.

Jeremy and his wife, Renee, reside in Denver, Colorado, where they enjoy the scenic outdoors, golfing, cooking, and spending time with their family.
