Jack Straughan is Vice President of Risk Management at INFINITI HR, where he leads national strategy across workers’ compensation, underwriting, safety, compliance, and liability mitigation. Beyond risk leadership, Jack is directly involved in selling INFINITI HR’s PEO and workforce risk management solutions, helping prospects and clients architect scalable, risk-aligned workforce and HR strategies.

With nearly 40 years of experience in risk management and professional employer organizations (PEOs), Jack is known for strengthening carrier partnerships, optimizing underwriting performance, and implementing disciplined risk frameworks that protect clients while supporting profitable growth.

At INFINITI HR, Jack collaborates closely with sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to support business development initiatives, structure competitive solutions, and deliver proactive guidance that reduces exposure while advancing long-term workforce stability.

Prior to INFINITI HR, Jack spent 24 years at ADP TotalSource, most recently serving as Senior Director of Risk Management, where he oversaw carrier strategy, workers’ compensation programs, and enterprise safety initiatives.

Jack holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University. He resides in Georgia with his wife Kelley.
