Daniel Mormino is the President of Sales & Chief Business Officer of INFINITI HR. Mormino created the nationally recognized franchise business model that made INFINITI HR the preferred supplier to many of the most recognized franchises throughout the world, known as The Professional Employer Organization for Franchises®.
With more than 20 years of PEO sales leadership, he is the Co-Founder of the INFINITI HR Franchise Division (National Alliance Sales) and The INFINITI HR President’s Club. He is also the Founder & Owner of the multimodal AI Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) that powers National Alliance Sales, known as the Electronic PEO Franchise Sales Machine (EPM). He is the first PEO executive to scale a unique, customizable PEO model specifically designed to help franchisors and franchisees avoid joint-employer liability and reduce total labor cost — enabling faster franchise growth.
Mormino holds an MBA, a Franchise Management Certification from Georgetown University, and is a lifetime alumnus of Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Franchise Executive and Certified Master Hotel Supplier, and the first PEO executive elected to both the Supplier Forum Advisory Board and Executive Committee of the International Franchise Association (IFA).
His PEO sales career began at ADP Total Source, where he earned the company’s top accolades, placing in the top 1% nationwide. He received four consecutive Board of Directors Awards and seven President’s Club honors, and was the first Arizona-region producer to graduate #1 in his training class. He launched one of the most disruptive B2B National Alliance Networks in PEO history, spanning hospitality, franchises, film production, and private equity.
Before transforming the PEO industry, Mormino worked in motion picture production with on-screen credits including Mission: Impossible II, The Hulk, and the Academy Award® winner Almost Famous.
As an Accredited Angel Investor, he supports InsurTech, Franchise, and Real Estate ventures through Series Seed, and Series A capital. He is also a passionate patron of the arts and a proud supporter of educational institutions that inspire future leaders.
Mormino lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, Ariana, and their young son, Oliver.
