Named a 2017 Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist for the Mid-Atlantic Region by EY, Scott was recognized as an unstoppable leader, reshaping the future of work. His expertise in human resources outsourcing has been instrumental in driving INFINITI HR’s rapid expansion into new markets nationwide. Under his leadership, INFINITI HR has grown to serve thousands of businesses across all 50 states, employing nearly 60,000 co-employees, with system-wide revenue surpassing $458 million.

Scott’s leadership has propelled INFINITI HR to become an IRS-Certified PEO, a nine-time member of the Inc. 5000 Hall of Fame, and a two-time recipient of The Washington Post’s Top Workplace award in Washington, D.C.

In addition to his role as CEO, Scott is also the managing partner of Grand Slam Investments. He resides in Damascus, Maryland, with his wife Kristin and their two adult children.
