Sarah Frye is Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at INFINITI HR, serving as the strategic quarterback behind the company’s national marketing initiatives since 2011.

In her role, Sarah leads the vision, strategy, and execution of all marketing efforts across the organization–from brand positioning and demand generation to award submissions, media relations, press releases, thought leadership, digital campaigns, and event marketing. She partners closely with executive leadership, sales, operations, and external partners to ensure every initiative supports revenue growth, market expansion, and brand authority.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning public relations, corporate communication, and growth strategy, Sarah has built INFINITI HR’s marketing infrastructure into a performance-driven engine that supports expansion across all 50 states. Her work has contributed to national recognition including IRS Certified PEO status, nine-time Inc. 5000 Hall of Fame distinction, Forbes Top Domestic PEO recognition, and The Washington Post’s Top Workplace award.

As the founder of SF Consulting Services, Sarah has also advised companies across HR, financial services, franchising, technology, energy, agriculture, professional services, and more. She specializes in translating complex business models into clear, compelling narratives that drive engagement, credibility, and measurable growth. Her media and publicity experience includes placements and visibility across major national outlets, helping brands amplify their message to broad audiences.

Known for her strategic clarity, creative execution, and relationship-driven leadership style, Sarah aligns brand, messaging, and market strategy to ensure INFINITI HR remains positioned as a national leader in the PEO industry.

Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from San Diego State University and resides outside Chicago with her daughter, Lelia.
