His expertise spans operational strategy and sales, helping clients manage vital HR functions such as organizational development, strategic planning, employee relations, insurance, and more. In addition to co-founding PEO INFINITI HR, he regularly invests in smart people, smart companies, and real estate. Additionally, he is one of the founding members of GoBundance, a mastermind group of driven individuals focused on living life to the fullest.

Mark began his career in sales at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) before co-founding Baltimore-based PEO Human Resource Technologies, where he grew sales to 5,000 worksite employees. He later transitioned to Paystaff, where he led sales and sales management until 2008.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and sales from Frostburg State University and a life and health insurance license in 16 states. He resides in Marriottsville, Maryland, with his wife Patty and their three teenage daughters.
