Joan Stewart joined INFINITI HR in 2016 as Client Services Manager, bringing nearly 37 years of customer service and process improvement expertise to the team. She leads the dynamic client services and operations team, ensuring that client engagements are delivered with the highest level of quality and service. Joan works cross-functionally with all departments to guarantee accurate processing and alignment with client needs. As the company notary, she created a comprehensive training program to cross-train employees on the HRP/PrismHR System. Additionally, Joan collaborates regularly with company executives, strategic account leaders, and key customers to develop strategies for successful client engagements.

Before joining INFINITI HR, Joan served as an account services manager for Group Dental Services. Prior to that, she managed a customer service and administrative support team at Unum during a period of significant growth for the company.

Joan holds a life and health license in the state of Maryland and is a certified Associate Professional in Human Resources™. She also possesses several LOMA certifications, including Associate Customer Service (ASC) and Associate, Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA). Joan currently resides in Rockville, Maryland.
