Jennifer Hardesty brings 22 years of human resources management experience to INFINITI HR, with 17 of those years in the PEO industry. She is growing and leading the implementation department, which consists of six team members. She began her career as an HR generalist, gaining comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of HR, including benefits, payroll, bookkeeping, and employee relations. Jennifer then honed her expertise by specializing in payroll at one of the largest PEOs in the industry, BBSI, where she managed payroll processing for more than $60 million in annual gross payroll across nearly 100 clients.

Since joining INFINITI HR, Jennifer has focused on new client implementations, ensuring the transition for new clients is as seamless and efficient as possible across HR, payroll, and employee benefits administration. She has successfully implemented more than 300 clients, including a landmark deal in 2018 recognized as the “biggest deal” in PEO history, involving over $400 million in annual payroll and more than 60,000 employees. Additionally, she works closely with internal teams to support PEO onboarding and workforce management transitions for new clients.

Jennifer holds a degree in HR management from Towson University and resides in Ellicott City, Maryland, with her two young daughters.
