Colleen is the Risk Manager of INFINITI HR, bringing nearly 20 years of experience from the commercial real estate market in property and casualty insurance, alongside more than a decade as a successful business owner in Baltimore City. A dynamic and licensed professional, she began her career as a political affairs specialist, working alongside federal lobbyists in the health insurance industry. Colleen possesses excellent project management and interpersonal skills, making her a valuable asset to the team.

At INFINITI HR, she manages insurance procurement, develops and implements risk management and compliance policies and procedures, and provides strategic recommendations regarding the selection of policies. Colleen also oversees the management of claims and litigation on behalf of INFINITI HR customers, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care.

Colleen holds a bachelor’s degree in music performance from the University of Maryland. A dedicated steward of her local community, she regularly volunteers at Anne Arundel County Public Schools, demonstrating her commitment to giving back and supporting the next generation.
