Rebecca (Becky) Jacobs celebrated her nine-year anniversary with INFINITI HR as the Director of Payroll Operations in September. With more than 35 years of experience in payroll, including the last 16 years in the PEO space, Becky brings extensive expertise to her role. She oversees the payroll department at INFINITI HR, which includes managing garnishments and ensuring seamless payroll operations. Under her leadership, the department continues to grow with a strong commitment to providing excellent client experiences.

Becky excels at cross-collaboration, working closely with other departments such as tax to ensure alignment and efficiency. Reflecting on her time at INFINITI HR, Becky emphasizes that payroll is an ongoing, dynamic function—constantly striving to make clients’ lives easier and more efficient. One of the aspects she values most about working with a PEO is the variety, as it allows her to handle payroll for multiple clients simultaneously rather than working in-house for just one organization.

Becky holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a graduate-level accounting certificate from The University of Baltimore, Merrick School of Business. She and her husband reside in Pasadena, Maryland, along with their children, five dogs, two cats, 10 chickens, a few mini cows – and more. Becky is a proud mother and grandmother.
