Javier Ramirez serves as Chief Operating Officer at INFINITI HR, where he leads the operational infrastructure that powers the company’s growth, scalability, and service delivery. In this role, Javier is focused on driving operational excellence, optimizing internal systems, and ensuring that every team member is aligned around a single principle: clients first.
With more than two decades of experience across PEO operations, finance, and executive leadership, Javier brings a uniquely integrated perspective to his work. His background as a CFO and financial analyst across organizations including Alpha Staff, Engage PEO, CoAdvantage, Access Point, and Worksite HR gave him a rare operational fluency: the ability to translate financial data into organizational action and build the back-office infrastructure that allows companies to scale. He has led major accounting transformations, navigated multiple M&A transactions, and helped position several PEOs for successful acquisition.
At INFINITI HR, Javier is prioritizing cross-functional visibility, culture development, and the thoughtful integration of technology to strengthen operations without losing the human touch that defines the company’s service model. He brings particular emphasis to leveraging AI and automation to expand bandwidth and deepen client relationships; not to replace people, but to give them more time for the work that matters most.
Javier is known for a leadership style that trusts people to grow through challenges. He gives his teams the autonomy to make decisions, learn from mistakes, and develop into stronger professionals while offering support, but not directives.
Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Javier holds a master’s degree in accounting from Liberty University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and has led teams across Latin America throughout his career. He resides in the Mid-Atlantic with his family and is an avid traveler, fisherman, and food lover. He has a deep passion for his family and serving orphaned children, and hopes one day to establish an orphanage.
