IncrediCare Home Care, Inc. is a private-pay, in-home non-medical home care company based in a single location, with 60 employees. The current owner acquired the business in 2016 — INFINITI HR came with it — and has since grown the company to approximately $2.2M in annual revenue, with plans for expansion underway.
Challenge
