The Position:

- An eagerness to learn and grow, as well as having an obsession for quality client service

- As a project lead for new clients, an ability to work with clients in a consultative, patient, and guiding manner, while applying a sense of urgency as appropriate
- Working with the team to educate and onboard new clients and consulting for prospects
- Field calls from client contact and worksite employees with questions related to deductions, premiums, cards, group numbers, effective dates, and qualifying events
- Initiates corrections, processes requests for coverage cancellation, and monitors the need for accuracy of refunds and billing corrections for multiple carriers
- Assist in the process of ACA reporting, 1095, and 1094 reporting for all health plans
- Prepares open enrollment and new hire enrollment, including client notifications, employee communication, enrollment material updates, and enrollment deadlines.
Qualifications INFINITI HR is Looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree or education and experience equivalent in HR/Benefits Management or Business Administration
- 2 years’ experience in a Benefits Administration and/or Benefits Customer Service function,
- 1 year of multi-client customer service experience, in a professional services environment, or any similar combination of education and experience
- Computer skills, with a good working knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs, payroll processing, and HRIS software (Prism preferred)
- Enthusiasm, good attitude, trustworthiness, personal integrity, and honesty
- Experience with a multiple client, multiple employers, multiple state, or high-volume customer service environment is preferred (PEO, ASO, HRO, BPO)
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional verbal, written, and project management communication skills
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening
