What You’ll Do:

INFINITI HR services hundreds of business clients with more than 40,000 employees. The Systems Analyst is responsible for the setup, training, and customer services processes related to client access and use of our HRIS platform, PRISM, and other endorsed platforms that contribute towards or affect payroll processing/service delivery. In addition, this role is will partner with the Implementation, Payroll, and HR Services teams to proactively promote, train, and manage the use of PRISM based on client service expectations or demonstrated client needs. Acting as the liaison between the software provider and INFINITI operations, this role works with the software to implement client requests, identify needs for improvements, and receive training on updates/upgrades.

The Systems Analyst must also be eager to learn and grow as well as be dedicated to quality client service. Should have the ability to work with clients in a consultative, patient, and guiding manner, while applying a sense of urgency as appropriate or warranted.

Ideal candidates will have two or more years of claims administration experience, preferably in workers’ compensation. Candidates must possess clear written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a dedication to providing our clients with the highest level of service.

Value You’ll Need To Provide:

  • Identify and deliver any information solutions support or training for existing clients, generally post-implementation phase.
  • Perform tasks related to the setup and maintenance of time and attendance systems, from partners and/or endorsed platforms that work with or complement information solutions capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our system providers, particularly the help desk. Receive provider communication regarding system use best practices and future updates. Ensure the user community has been properly trained on system use and is properly notified of updates.
  • Propose, create, and maintain forms, tools, documentation, and resources that add value to internal operations and quality control.
  • Ensure that all documented PRISM and other related system processes can be easily referred to by client contact(s).

Qualifications INIFNITI HR Is Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a human resources or administrative services related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of applicable information solutions experience or other applicable HR field, OR 2 or more years of experience in PEO/ASO or HR Consulting role.
  • PrismHR experience required.
  • General knowledge of how HR/payroll process management can be simplified with information solutions tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of programming language used by our information solutions software provider.
  • Information solutions related certification or demonstrated commitment to obtaining this certification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Experience working in or supporting a multi-client and multi-state HR environment.
  • Flexible and able to prioritize projects and tasks.
  • Proficient project management skills with a demonstrated track record of success leading key initiatives from start to finish.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and clearly articulate business needs to internal partners and business vendors.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening.
